Senior Financial Operations Specialist

Experience in accounts receivable, auditing or financial reconciliation is essential to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes with strategic oversight.
- Reconcile high-value financial statements and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Oversee collections, credit approvals and vendor payment processes.
- Develop cash flow projections and optimize financial reporting.
- Lead automation and efficiency improvements for the financial team.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to refine financial policies.
- Conduct audits and risk assessments related to financial operations.
- Handle complex transactions requiring expert financial knowledge.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Expert-level knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations and compliance.
- Proficiency in enterprise-level accounting software (QuickBooks Enterprise, Xero or SAP).
- Excellent English communication skills.
