Senior Financial Planning Specialist

The Senior Financial Analyst will conduct in-depth financial analyses to provide insights into revenue, cost of sales, client margins, and various system data.
This role works closely with senior management to deliver actionable reporting that informs critical business decisions related to revenue and expense management.
- Analyze financial statistics using accounting principles to evaluate past and present operations as well as future revenues and expenditures.
- Develop a deep understanding of our projection model, update key metrics for accurate and timely projections, including revenue, sales, and labor by client.
- Design and implement financial models, prepare comprehensive projections, and conduct research and analysis on all aspects of finance and operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills, proven Excel expertise, and the ability to interpret complex financial transactions. They should also be able to reconcile financial discrepancies, make informed recommendations based on accounting options, and assist with budgeting processes.
In addition, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, including the ability to create effective reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, and presentations. They should also be able to build and maintain collaborative relationships with team members, management, and clients.
