About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our lawyers and ensuring the smooth operation of our legal affairs.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional administrative support to our lawyers, including preparing and filing documents, managing correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements;
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and digital;
  • Assisting with the preparation of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other paperwork;
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow;
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity;
  • Staying up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure compliance and best practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong educational background in a related field, such as paralegal studies or law;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders;
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and workload;
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and concepts, particularly in the area of real estate licensing and operations.
