Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in campaign risk management to join our global risk team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management methodologies and the ability to adapt these skills to suit our organisation. They will work closely with our risk manager and risk associate to provide a risk management lens for campaigns in various phases of design and delivery.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing guidance and feedback related to campaign materials/direction to internal teams and partners, particularly focusing on compliance and safety risks. You will also assist with determining the appropriate path for escalation of high-risk activity, in collaboration with the risk manager and executive teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with campaigns in various phases of design and delivery to provide a risk management lens
  • Provide guidance and feedback related to campaign materials/direction to internal teams and partners
  • Assist with determining the appropriate path for escalation of high-risk activity
  • Support teams in undertaking risk identification, assessment, and monitoring for projects during planning and implementation
  • Review current policies and procedures to identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Operationalise and support internal governance processes that relate to managing campaign risks

  • Experience in campaigns and risk management, ideally in an international organisation or an organisation with a global footprint
  • Strong cross-cultural experience and communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships across all levels and effectively communicate and manage interpersonal relationships within the network and risk team
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, our working language; additional languages are an asset
  • A genuine interest in and passion for addressing climate change
