Job Overview

The Senior Associate will provide risk management support for campaigns within a global team, focusing on compliance and safety risks.

This new role has scope to shape the position as Meliore expands its risk management operations, collaborating with various teams including legal and digital.

Main Responsibilities
  • Engage with campaigns in design and delivery phases to apply a risk management lens.
  • Provide guidance and feedback on campaign materials and direction to internal teams and partners.
  • Assist with determining high-risk activity escalation paths, collaborating with the Risk Manager and Executive teams.
  • Support teams in identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks during project planning and implementation.
About You
  • You have experience in campaigns and risk management, preferably in an international organisation or one with a global footprint.
  • Strong cross-cultural experience and communication skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with risk management methodologies is required, along with adaptability to suit the organisation's needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to build relationships across all levels.
