Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our Global Risk Team as a Senior Associate.

This position will involve navigating risks in campaigns focused on climate change, democracy, and misinformation. You will work closely with our Risk Manager, Risk Associate, and other global teams to embed strong risk practices in campaign design and delivery.

The ideal candidate has experience in campaigns and risk management, preferably in an international organisation or non-profit setting. Strong cross-cultural experience, communication skills, and adaptability are essential.

  • Engage with campaigns at various stages to provide risk management insights.
  • Offer guidance on campaign materials and direction to internal teams and partners.
  • Assist in determining escalation procedures for high-risk activities.
  • Support teams in identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks during project planning and implementation.
  • Promote risk awareness and accountability through training and education.

This is a full-time position (12 months) with potential renewal after one year. We require candidates who have the right to work in their location.
