Job Overview

This is a remote job opportunity for a Sales Support Specialist to act as the backbone of our Sales team.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and digitally savvy, with strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including lead management, opportunity tracking, and activity logging. They should have excellent grammar, spelling, and email etiquette, as well as high accuracy in record-keeping, data entry, and task tracking.

This role involves coordinating with the Sales Director and sales representatives to manage schedules, send reminders, and prepare for meetings. The Sales Support Specialist will also be responsible for drafting and sending professional, clear, and timely digital communications (emails, SMS) to clients and partner agencies, as well as maintaining regular, friendly communication with real estate agents and agencies to support strong, long-term partnerships.
