About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Assistantto join our dynamic team. This fast-paced role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes by providing administrative and operational support to the sales team and our valued partners. You will be the go-to person for managing partner onboarding, commission processing, rewards programs, and various ad hoc tasks that keep our sales team running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support Inbox Management: Respond to and resolve back-office requests from the sales team, including Pitstop login issues, reloadable card problems, and new setup requests.
  • Commission Calculations:Accurately calculate and prepare weekly and monthly commission payments for partners, ensuring timely submission to the accounts team.
  • Bonus and Rebate Processing:Calculate monthly and quarterly volume bonuses and monthly rebates for eligible partners.
  • Rewards Program Administration:Manage the Xccelerate rewards program by calculating points earned and coordinating uploads with our third-party supplier (212f).
  • Partner Onboarding:Facilitate the onboarding process by entering partner details, coordinating with the accounts team, and ensuring accurate setup in NetSuite.
  • Pitstop Login Creation:Set up user access to our partner portal based on sales rep requests, ensuring appropriate access levels.
  • IT Coordination for Account Setup: Prepare and send new account creation files to IT for setup in Salesforce and Proclaim.
  • Commission Increase Requests:Manage and collate commission increase requests submitted via Cognito forms and forward them for approval.
  • Uniform and Collateral Ordering:Coordinate with the marketing team to order uniforms, business cards, and other collateral, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Refer-a-Friend Incentive Management: Process gift card payments for successful customer referrals.
  • Purchase Order Management: Raise purchase orders in NetSuite for invoice processing, including rewards redemptions.
  • CRM Management:Ensure Salesforce data entered is up to date and accurate
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a sales support, finance or administrative role preferred
