We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced financial professional to manage our internal accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain complete financial records for multiple clients across various industries.
  • Record journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Manage accounts payable/accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
  • Support audit and tax preparation processes in coordination with external auditors and tax advisors.
  • Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal controls.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Utilize financial software to process and manage data across client entities.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or progress toward CPA preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi-client or multi-entity environment.
  • Familiarity with financial software required.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
