Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Outbound Call Caller and Lead Generator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospects, engaging their interest, and assessing potential leads.

This role involves qualifying prospects based on established criteria, maintaining a professional demeanor while managing objections, and addressing any initial questions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or lead generation, with strong communication and persuasion skills.

They should also be familiar with CRM software and proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent data entry skills and attention to accuracy and detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Outbound Calling:
    • Make outbound calls to engage prospects and assess potential leads.
    • Qualify prospects based on established criteria.
    • Maintain a professional demeanor while managing objections.
  • Lead Generation and Qualification:
    • Research target markets to identify new potential customers.
    • Build and maintain a database of qualified leads for the sales team.
    • Segment leads according to industry, company size, location, and other criteria.
  • CRM and Data Management:
    • Record lead interactions, call outcomes, and key information in the CRM system.
    • Regularly update the lead database and ensure data quality.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Marketing:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify target markets and strategize outreach methods.
    • Work with the marketing team to develop scripts and campaigns tailored to various lead segments.
    • Report lead quality and provide feedback on successful conversion patterns.
Requirements:
  • Experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or lead generation.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
