Role Description:
Real Estate Agent

Staying true to our commitment towards improving accommodation standards in the Philippines, we are seeking a
Real Estate Agent
to join our team. The Agent will work full time with our team to provide great service to clients in need of home rentals and purchases. The work will primarily be based in Taguig and Makati with some other areas of Metro Manila. In this position, you will be responsible for the following:

• Property Viewings
• Conduct tours of properties for potential renters and buyers, highlighting key features and benefits of the property and surrounding area.
• Negotiating Contracts
• Ensure favorable agreements for clients while adhering to legal standards.
• Preparing Offers
• Draft and present LOI's
• Professionalism
• Demonstrate composure and courtesy in high-stress situations, ensuring a positive experience for clients and colleagues alike.
• Writing Contracts
  : Accurately preparing and reviewing legal documents related to real estate transactions to ensure clarity and compliance.
• Inventory Lists -
  Preparing and checking inventory lists upon tenants move in and move outs.
• Client Relationships -
  Build a network of clients and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Real Estate Trends -
  Stay informed about current market trends and practices to provide clients with relevant and strategic advice.

Qualifications:

• Entry-level applicants can apply
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability in sales, networking, and negotiations
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Proficiency in G Suite, including Google docs, Google sheets, Google drive, and Google calendar.
• A real estate license in the Philippines is a plus, but not required
• The drive to keep up with industry changes in technology, laws, and regulations
