Job Title: Real Estate Portfolio Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive professional to manage our property listings portfolio. This role is crucial in supporting sales operations, maintaining accurate listing inventories, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Listing Administration & Management: Manage property listings from seller coordination to buyer inquiries, ensuring timely updates and compliance.
  • Sales Support and Client Relations: Assist with sales meetings, property viewings, client relations, and administrative tasks to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Communication and Coordination: Act as the main contact for listing inquiries, coordinating across departments, and maintaining records.

Minimum QualificationsWho We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in real estate, property management, or customer service (preferred)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in real estate software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Professional appearance and demeanor for client interactions
