Retail Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Retail Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of retail marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring brand consistency across all retail channels and driving sales through innovative marketing strategies.
This includes developing and executing retail marketing campaigns to support product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives. The ideal candidate will be able to coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with retail strategies.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in retail marketing, brand marketing, or a related field (experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands preferred).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design software is a plus.
- Passion for beauty, hair care, and consumer trends.
