Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst with Power BI experience to join our organization.

Job Description
  • Transform data into actionable insights, helping our organization make informed decisions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring data veracity and visual excellence.

Position Overview:

As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with the Executive Team and various Team Leaders to understand their reporting and analytical needs. You will be responsible for building automated reports and dashboards with Power BI and other reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create interactive and visually appealing Power BI reports and dashboards that effectively explain insights.
  2. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends or patterns.
  3. Implement data cleansing, data validation, and data transformation processes to ensure data quality and accuracy.
  4. Integrate Power BI reports and dashboards with other corporate tools and applications to facilitate seamless data flow and automation.
  5. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.

Nice to have:

  1. Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from diverse sources into Power BI using Power Query.
  2. Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features, updates, and industry best practices.
  3. Create documentation for Power BI solutions, including data models, report design, and data sources.
  4. Establish and maintain data governance practices, including data lineage, version control, and metadata management.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Power BI Specialist or similar role in a BPO environment.
  • Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, and M language.
  • Strong SQL skills for data retrieval and manipulation.
  • Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
  • Experience in data modeling and designing scalable data architectures.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good report writing and presenting skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Home Office Requirements:

  • Stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps postpaid.
  • Computer (at least 16GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor equivalent or up).
  • Noise Cancelling Headset.
  • Backup Internet Connection (Prepaid Home WIFI Router or Pocket WIFI) and Power Outage Backup.
  • Dual Monitor.
