Data Analyst Job Description

Activate Talent seeks a skilled professional to fill the role of Data Analyst.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in data analysis or a related field, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or other statistical tools.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to present data in a clear and actionable format.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to define data requirements and support business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver reports to stakeholders, offering recommendations based on analysis.
  • Design and maintain databases, data systems, and data pipelines as needed.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and respond to requests for information.
  • Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality throughout all analytical work.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or other statistical tools.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • In-depth understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and database management.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, enabling effective explanation of complex data concepts.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
