The Data Operations Role

This key position serves as a bridge between senior specialists and junior team members. As a Data Operations Associate, you will oversee complex data tasks, provide expert guidance to clients, and contribute to process improvements ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction.

  • Ensure adherence to established guidelines and best practices while executing intricate data manipulation tasks.
  • Provide exceptional support to clients on location data utilizing proprietary tools, addressing advanced issues, and delivering high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough audits on listing data to maintain accuracy and quality standards, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) reviews of team outputs.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop, refine, and document best practices aimed at enhancing team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the growth of junior team members by sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and assisting in training initiatives.
  • Deliver timely results, consistently meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs) and personal performance targets.
