Job Overview

This role is focused on analyzing data to drive business decisions and inform strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and knowledge of Business Intelligence tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data across sales, inventory, supply chain, production, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare regular dashboards and reports highlighting trends such as sales performance, inventory turnover, demand forecasting, and cost control.
  • Support margin analysis and pricing reviews to improve profitability.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and support efficiency improvements.
  • Assist management in developing data-driven strategies for product development, promotions, and distribution.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a data analyst or similar profile.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with F&B industry data points such as sales trends, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Adaptable, quick learner, and creative thinker, open to new ideas and change.
