This role involves developing and managing traffic management plans for large infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong planning expertise, excellent communication skills in English, and experience working with project managers on complex developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, review, and manage traffic management plans for major infrastructure and construction projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers to align traffic planning with project timelines and deliverables.
  • Analyze and forecast traffic impacts for complex jobs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and local requirements.
  • Monitor, adjust, and optimize traffic flow strategies throughout project execution.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation for internal teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in traffic planning, preferably within infrastructure or large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
  • Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF Editors, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of local traffic regulations, safety standards, and planning methodologies.
  • Minimum 3 years of rapid plan experience.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in handling multiple complex jobs simultaneously, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work directly with project managers and multidisciplinary teams.
