Job Overview

As a Strategic Transport and Planning Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic work plans to achieve departmental, business, and financial objectives.
  • Manage B2B circuit installation, including reliability testing and customer application testing for acceptance.
  • Assess and implement complex high-revenue and high-profile customer accounts, coordinating with internal and external teams for timely delivery.
  • Analyze work orders, determine technical requirements, and arrange resources in conjunction with involved support groups.
  • Perform audits and acceptance on completed projects by outsourced services following established standards.
  • Conduct acceptance testing of last mile facilities, such as fiber optics and microwave radios, in line with the Circuit Engineering Work Plan.
  • Identify priorities with stakeholders, raise potential issues at the outset by evaluating complex work orders.
  • Facilitate self-learning and skills development to adapt to technology advancements.
  • Participate in problem resolution to improve internal processes.
  • Collect and circulate information from meetings and collaborations to align work with priorities and objectives.
  • Maintain company resources, ensuring procedures conform to organizational policies, guidelines, and standards.
  • Operate various test equipment and perform diverse application tests.
Reporting & Performance Metrics:
  • Provide individual reports on performance and accomplishments.
  • Supply timely updates to internal and external customers as needed.
Performance Indicators:
  • Percentage of installations met.
  • Serviceability of opportunities.
  • Achievable NPS rating.
Primary Deliverables:
  • Implementation of installation orders supporting attainment of business goals.
  • Apply project management principles during implementation, monitoring, and completion to ensure efficiency.
  • Evaluate and decide on difficult scenarios to select appropriate actions.
  • Utilize technology fundamentals to guarantee workability and interoperability of circuits per customer requirements.
  • Identify areas for improvement based on actual performance and observations from field work.
