Talent Attraction Specialist Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Talent Attraction Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top-tier talent for our organization. As a specialist in this field, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies, collaborating with hiring teams and recruiters to source exceptional candidates, and providing expert advice on attraction strategies to bring top talent into our fold.

  • Crafting and executing bespoke sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-caliber candidates across global markets.
  • Expertly advising hiring teams and recruiters on effective attraction strategies to secure top talent for our organization.
  • Providing market intelligence and insights to inform our recruitment campaigns and bolster our employer brand.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring teams and recruiters to source exceptional candidates and advise on effective attraction strategies.
  • Provide expert market analysis and insights to inform recruitment campaigns and enhance our employer brand.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant recruitment experience with a proven track record of innovative sourcing strategies and high success rates in placing top-tier talent.
  • Expertise in tax & legal advisory or versatile expertise across key business functions such as human resources, finance, information technology, branding & marketing, risk management, business development.
  • Strong self-awareness and adaptability in team interactions, utilizing development tools and resources to foster professional growth.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights pertinent to the UK business environment, facilitating discussions on implications for priorities and projects.
