  • Collaborate with data suppliers to ensure compliance with study guidelines.
  • Resolve issues related to panel incentives in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the coding team to address data quality concerns.
  • Provide supporting services for special projects and studies.
  • Maintain accurate records of supplier information.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any field or relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in handling voice accounts.
  • Background in recruitment and sales is desirable.

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Experience working in multicultural environments.
  • Familiarity with IQVIA hospital data is a plus.
