Your Role in Customer Identity and API Gateway Services

You will design, develop, and implement Customer Identity and API gateway services, ensuring the integrity and availability of IAM systems and data. This includes building monitoring and alerting tools, automating delivery processes, and providing production support for the broader team.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of IAM principles, access governance, and role-based access control
  • Hands-on experience with customer identity solutions or directory services, such as IBM Security Verify, Active Directory, Ping Federate, Okta, or AzureAD/EntraID
  • Experience with SSO protocols, including OpenID Connect (OIDC) or SAML
  • Ability to manage security access policies and tune and monitor IAM systems
  • Demonstrable ability to break down problems and solve them systematically
