Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support the operational and administrative aspects of our global benefits programs.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing benefit-related processes, collaborating with carriers and vendors, generating monthly reports, and ensuring data integrity across systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits plans, enrollment, eligibility, plan details, and related topics.
  • Administer benefit-related processes including processing qualifying life events, managing dependent verifications, and coordinating Evidence of Insurability with employees and insurance carriers.
  • Collaborate with carriers and vendors on eligibility, changes, and documentation needs.
  • Generate monthly reports and analytics to support Finance and meet carrier reporting requirements.
  • Ensure data integrity across systems and audit employee benefits records regularly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Associate degree or bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or a related analytical role.
  • Experience with Workday, especially the Benefits module.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven experience working with large and complex datasets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with U.S. benefits and related regulations.
  • Prior experience working in a global, fast-paced company.
