Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to support our HR team and contribute to the development of our workforce.

\

This role will involve managing various aspects of HR, including policy implementation, benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, recruitment, diversity initiatives, and improving organizational culture.

\

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US Human Resources management and excellent communication skills.

\

In this position, you will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • HR Policies: Develop and implement effective HR policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relationships through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees.
  • Onboarding: Develop and implement an effective onboarding process to ensure new hires feel welcome and supported.
  • Recruitment: Source, screen, and hire top talent to fill job openings.
  • Diversity Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications: SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred.
