As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing daily online store operations to provide a seamless shopping experience. This role involves coordinating new product launches, updating content blocks and banners, supporting email campaigns, and working with the marketing team to inform decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily online store operations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers
  • Coordinate new product launches, including publishing relevant details on time
  • Update content blocks and banners on Homepage, landing pages and other as required
  • Support the build and scheduling of email campaigns
  • Work with Marketing teams to inform decision making and improve key KPIs
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce coordination, merchandising or similar
  • Hands on experience with Shopify is essential
  • Familiarity with Shopify apps and integrations (e.g product review tools, metafields, upsell apps)
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
