About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in overall store operations, including sales planning, customer service, and inventory management.

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that customers receive a Legendary Customer Experience.
  • Supervise cash handling procedures, maintain accurate records, and adhere to loss prevention standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Physical stamina to move throughout the store and perform various tasks as required.
