Job Title: Store Operations Manager

The ideal candidate for the role of Store Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

As a key member of our management team, you will supervise the operational standards of the store, lead the team to achieve overall branch targets and sales, and communicate and implement department goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure integrity, equality, and fairness in all aspects of the job

  • Communicate and implement department goals effectively
  • Manage staff and personnel for efficient delivery of services
  • Maintain high service standards and handle customer complaints
Requirements:
  • A degree in Business or Hospitality is preferred, with at least 2 years of experience in handling one branch/establishment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and POS systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
