We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Online Store Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our online business, leveraging your expertise in e-commerce and marketing automation platforms.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and superior project follow-through ensuring timely completion.

  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results while meeting deadlines

Main Responsibilities:

  • Utilize web-based applications to build and maintain customer E-Commerce sites as per defined project requirements
  • Maintain and update existing customer E-Commerce sites based on requests received from an online ticketing system
  • Add/update items, customers, and locations in the PeopleSoft ERP system through the PeopleSoft web interface and synchronize this information into the E-Commerce system
  • Ensure visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use of all E-Commerce related website elements
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to email and phone inquiries from sales associates and customers
  • Coordinate with integrated partner network to ensure seamless integration and testing of templates/products on their external systems
  • Prepare implementation letters and completion certificates
  • Manage deadlines on E-Commerce site builds and ensure timely completion of maintenance requests
  • Hand off projects upon completion to sales associates and customer service team
