Job Overview

The Home-Based Online Store Program Manager will lead the tactical execution of day-to-day online business operations, leveraging e-commerce and marketing automation expertise.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Managing and monitoring brands on e-commerce platforms
  • Collaborating with external partners to drive business growth
  • Maintaining and updating existing customer E-Commerce sites based on requests received from an online ticketing system
  • Inspecting landing pages, product information, checkout options, and other pertinent E-Commerce elements to ensure visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail
  • A highly proficient communicator in both spoken and written English
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Further requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 2+ years of experience in an E-Commerce role and proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications.
