We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead our enterprise IT functions. As an IT Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for implementing global IT security policies, designing and maintaining enterprise network systems, and coordinating with country and regional counterparts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement global IT security policies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Design, configure, and maintain enterprise network systems based on established standards, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.
  • Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure reliable communication infrastructure and optimal resource allocation.
  • Maintain accurate asset information and ensure appropriate access controls are in place.
  • Optimize resources and control operational costs by building strong supplier partnerships and administering procurement processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in IT, including systems, networks, software, hardware, and emerging technologies. They will also have excellent leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, and a strategic mindset to align IT strategies with business goals.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience managing teams or personnel, preferably in IT Service Management.
  • Broad technical understanding of workstations, networks, and related IT systems.
  • Ability to plan and manage IT lifecycle measures, including area rollouts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying updated with industry trends.
