Job Summary

The ideal candidate will serve as a key support professional, responsible for facilitating the day-to-day operations of senior executives. This critical role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Provide administrative support, handling tasks such as email management, document preparation, and data entry.
  • Ensure seamless communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients.

Additional responsibilities include:

Personal Support Duties

Assist with personal scheduling, coordinate with vendors, and handle errands as needed.

Organize events, celebrations, and family document organization.

Support light personal communications and provide discreet travel and privacy support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Excellent skills in Excel, project management, and communication.
  • High-levels of confidentiality, discretion, and self-motivation.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
  • Availability to work during US business hours, Monday-Friday.
Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with experience in managing complex calendars, preparing confidential documents, and maintaining accurate records will be highly valued.
