Senior Finance Professional

Our organization is seeking a detail-oriented and driven finance professional to support our regional finance team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations across multiple countries.

- Process and validate accounts payable invoices, resolving discrepancies to ensure accurate posting in accounting systems
- Prepare quarterly GST reports for applicable jurisdictions
- Reconcile bank statements weekly against general ledger entries
- Maintain accounting databases, including data entry and backup documentation
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries related to accounts payable adjustments
- Manage monthly revaluation of foreign vendor balances and cash positions
- Prepare and maintain weekly funding requirement schedules
- Assist in statutory audits
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business Management
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, with solid exposure to accounts payable and general ledger
- Strong understanding of accounting processes and cycles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Collaborative team player
- Must be available to work overtime during critical periods, especially month-end close
