Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) AssistantJob Overview:

We seek a skilled finance professional with expertise in accounting, financial analysis and executive support. The ideal candidate must possess strong proficiency in Excel for detailed financial reports and be experienced with enterprise resource planning software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements using Excel.
  • Accounting Tasks: Manage financial records, reconcile accounts and track expenses.
  • Excel-Based Financial Modeling: Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis and budgeting.
  • Bookkeeping & Payroll Support: Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, invoice processing and payroll computations.
  • Executive Assistant Duties: Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, organize emails and provide administrative support.
  • Compliance & Audit Assistance: Support tax compliance, regulatory adherence and financial audits.
  • Financial Strategy Support: Provide insights to assist the CFO in making strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in finance, accounting and executive support.
  • Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning software or similar systems.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
