
Executive Administrator for Multifaceted Operations

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Administrator to support our executive leadership in a fast-paced environment. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, bookkeeping services, and coordinating various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to executive leadership, including managing calendars, schedules, and coordination.
- Track expenses, analyze receipts, and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
- Coordinate maintenance requests, communicate with vendors, and serve as a key point of contact.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical documentation related to properties and projects.
- Experience in real estate, property management, or construction industries.
- Previous experience with QuickBooks is required.
- Familiarity with Buildium property management software is desired but not required.
- Client management experience, basic bookkeeping skills, and understanding of financial record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational abilities, strong attention to detail, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, self-motivated, and willing to learn new systems and processes.
- Availability to work full-time within the Los Angeles time zone.
- Prioritization and time management skills to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
- Adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
