Job Title: Communications Trainer

This role involves delivering client-focused training to address the new hire, product update, and recursive training requirements of our clients. The trainer is responsible for ensuring superior workforce preparation with best-in-class service and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day functional direction of agents within the training classroom environment, including student progress monitoring and providing coaching and developmental feedback.
  • Utilizing effective presentation and facilitation skills, including creative training techniques and adult learning techniques, in a variety of training delivery modalities.
  • Preparing and presenting training materials through classroom learning, hands-on demonstrations, and supporting activities.
  • Achieving individual training performance metrics and supporting the transition of agents from training to production.
  • Maintaining relevant product knowledge for each account through calls, meetings, and side-by-side observations.
  • Ensuring effective communication with managers, peers, and other resource groups, including day-to-day informal interaction with clients.
Qualifications:
  • Attaining and maintaining certification in the Trainer Certification Program (101/102).
  • Mentoring Program Ready Trainers, curriculum review, and modification as needed.
  • Evaluating training programs using various feedback methods.
