Responsibilities- Facilitate classes to support employee competency development
- Review course curricula and suggest improvements
- Ensure adherence to Training Quality Guidelines and processes
- Provide complete documentation for all training sessions conducted
- Collaborate with L&D to implement and improve development programs
- Conduct training effectiveness audits and track post-training results
- Analyze classroom feedback to improve facilitation techniques
- Conduct training needs analysis and research new training initiatives
- Design and develop instructional materials to support training objectives
- Identify skill gaps and recommend actionable improvement plans
- Revise and update existing training content as needed
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Experience in training design and instructional development
- Analytical skills to evaluate training impact
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
