As a skilled Technical Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients experiencing technical issues with Xerox multifunction printers and copiers. Your expertise in remote troubleshooting, customer care, and technical knowledge will drive exceptional results.

Job Responsibilities
  • Gather information from clients regarding device models, serial numbers, and issue descriptions.
  • Utilize remote tools to diagnose and resolve common printer issues such as paper jams, print streaks, and driver problems.
  • Guide users through troubleshooting steps or access systems remotely to resolve problems.
  • Install and troubleshoot printer drivers and address network configuration issues.
  • Document service activities in CRM systems, including timestamps, machine details, issue descriptions, steps taken, and resolution status.
  • Elevate unresolved issues to senior technicians with clear documentation.
  • Track open issues to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Provide calm, professional, and supportive communication to clients throughout the troubleshooting process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of multifunction printers, copiers, and common hardware/software issues.
  • Proficiency with remote tools such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk.
  • Excellent spoken and written English to deliver clear, empathetic, and professional support.
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of resolving issues independently or escalating appropriately.
