Job Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Digital Marketing & Operations Specialist to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of our digital advertising and DTC e-commerce operations.

Digital Advertising

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning, executing, and managing paid advertising campaigns across major platforms.
  • Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR), and optimizing for maximum efficiency and ROI.
  • Collaborating with our in-house creative specialist to provide feedback on ad performance and request new creative assets.
DTC Operations

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of our Shopify-based independent e-commerce store.
  • Handling order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment logistics in collaboration with our supply chain team.
  • Implementing and managing customer service processes, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Conducting A/B testing and site optimizations to improve conversion rates and user experience.
Expansion

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in setting up and managing new sales channels as we expand to platforms like Amazon and TikTok Shop.
  • Staying updated on the latest trends in DTC e-commerce, digital marketing, and the consumer electronics market.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for e-commerce brands.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify is a must.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Experience with a diverse range of product categories (consumer electronics, B2B tools, etc.) is a plus.
