Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an accomplished Customer Service Representative to fulfill our customer service needs. As the backbone of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Duties:- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via online chat, email, phone calls, and other communication channels.
- Clarify customer needs, determine causes, select and explain solutions, and follow-up to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate in creating comprehensive help documentation for internal use and customer access.
- Escalate technical issues to our technical support team.
- Contribute to special projects as you become more comfortable in the role.
- Primary language is English; secondary languages are beneficial.
- A minimum of one year of experience in live chat customer support for software/SaaS platforms.
- The ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrable critical thinking, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
- A self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to continuously develop and adapt.
- Familiarity with various chat and CRM platforms.
