We are in search of a highly skilled professional to manage and optimize our HubSpot platform across marketing, sales, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain content hubs for building and managing marketing sites, landing pages, and blogs on HubSpot CMS.
- Maintain our marketing website, landing pages, and blog by implementing SEO best practices, mobile responsiveness, and site performance.
- Design custom templates and modules to enable scalable content creation.
- Configure and manage the Sales CRM in HubSpot.
- Develop email campaigns including template creation, audience segmentation, and drip workflows.
- Implement marketing automation strategies to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
- Build and maintain HubSpot dashboards and reports to track key marketing and sales KPIs.
- Provide regular insights and recommendations to enhance campaign and pipeline performance.
- Proven experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CMS Hub).
- Ability to build and manage HubSpot CMS websites (templates, modules, SEO best practices).
- Strong understanding of CRM processes, sales pipelines, workflows, and lead management.
- Experience with email marketing, automation, and segmentation strategies.
- Ability to create insightful reports and dashboards that drive strategic decisions.
- HubSpot certifications (CMS, Marketing, or Sales Software).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for customizing HubSpot CMS.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement.
