Job Title: HubSpot CMS & Service Hub Specialist (Project-Based)

We're seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in migrating websites to HubSpot CMS.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HubSpot's Marketing, Sales, and especially Service Hub Pro tools, as well as experience working with support migrations from Freshdesk or similar platforms.

A successful candidate will be able to migrate our entire marketing website (approximately 15 pages) to HubSpot CMS, ensuring clean code, responsive design, and optimized performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Migrate our marketing website to HubSpot CMS, following SEO best practices, including meta tags, alt text, and structured data optimization.
  • Set up key HubSpot tools across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs to align with company goals.
  • Lead the migration from Freshdesk to HubSpot Service Hub, ensuring proper configuration of ticket pipelines, automation, knowledge base, and live chat.
  • Integrate CRM features and automation across the platform, ensuring smooth data flow and usability.

About the Role:

This is a project-based role with the potential to extend into additional work across other HubSpot Hubs, depending on performance and future needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience migrating websites to HubSpot CMS.
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot's Marketing, Sales, and especially Service Hub Pro tools.
  • Familiarity with support migrations from Freshdesk or similar platforms.
  • Competency in front-end development (HTML, CSS, HubL) and UX best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate requirements into actionable results.
