Hubspot Specialist Job Description

The ideal candidate will own and optimize the Hubspot platform across marketing, sales, and reporting. This role is instrumental in managing digital assets, ensuring seamless CRM processes, executing targeted campaigns, and delivering actionable insights through robust reporting.

About the Role:

This specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining a content hub on the marketing site, landing pages, and blogs using Hubspot CMS.

Maintaining the marketing website, landing pages, and blog on Hubspot CMS is also an essential responsibility.

A custom template and module development capability to enable scalable content creation is required.

Digital assets must be optimized for SEO, mobile responsiveness, and site performance.

Sales CRM management in Hubspot is another key aspect of this role.

Email campaigns including template creation, audience segmentation, and drip workflows need to be designed and executed.

Implementing marketing automation strategies to nurture leads and improve conversion is critical.

Building and maintaining Hubspot dashboards and custom reports to track key marketing and sales KPIs is a vital task.

Regular insights and recommendations to improve campaign and pipeline performance are expected.

  • Strong understanding of CRM processes, sales pipelines, workflows, and lead management
  • Proven ability to build and manage Hubspot CMS websites (templates, modules, SEO best practices)
  • Experience with email marketing, automation, and segmentation strategies
  • Ability to create insightful reports and dashboards that drive strategic decisions

We seek candidates with the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Hubspot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CMS Hub)
  • Hubspot certifications (CMS, Marketing, or Sales Software)
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for Hubspot CMS customization
