Main Duties:
- Develop and execute customer-specific plans, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Implement KPIs and activities, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Build relationships with top management and key decision-makers through regular business reviews and partnership events.
- Negotiate effectively in an agile and fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- Analyze data to drive category growth, providing insights and recommendations for actionable strategies.
- Improve store basics, such as shopper-centric availability and replenishment, visibility, and activation.
- Manage customer profitability and A/R, utilizing efficient budgeting and reconciliation techniques.
- Develop the capabilities of Key Account Managers through training and mentorship.
Required Competencies:
- Proven experience in key accounts management or modern trade accounts (4-6 years).
- Exceptional stakeholder management, customer management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office apps, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with data analysis and presentation abilities.
- Able to thrive in an agile and self-motivated environment with a growth mindset.
