Key Account Specialist

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients that significantly contribute to the company's revenue.
- Address and resolve client concerns and complaints promptly.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between key clients and the company.
- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, sales, and logistics teams to meet client needs and expectations.
- Regularly create and present detailed reports on account progress and performance metrics.
- Understand client needs and requirements thoroughly to provide customized solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure the timely achievement of clients' long-term goals.
- Monitor and ensure sales targets are achieved or exceeded.
- Work closely with the collection department to communicate outstanding balances and ensure timely payments.
- Generate accurate sales forecasts for key accounts to guide the merchandising team in inventory planning.
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- A graduate of any 4-year course.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Proven experience in managing key accounts (accounts generating 7- to 8-digit monthly sales revenue).
- A strong track record of excellent sales performance.

- Exceptional sales and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with personnel at all levels, from rank-and-file employees to CEOs/owners.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen.
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in numerical analysis.
- Expertise in IT, report writing, and business correspondence.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Sheets.
- Results-oriented with a passion for selling.
