We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team.

As an experienced Bookkeeper at Nesslog Expert Services GmbH, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial health and integrity of our organization and our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of accounting duties, requiring a deep understanding of financial principles, regulatory compliance, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting and Financial Management

  • Administrate creditors' invoices and create/collect debtors' invoices.
  • Process invoices, payments and expense reports.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Audit and Assurance:

  • Conduct internal audits to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Client Interaction:

  • Communicate complex financial information in a clear and understandable manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor´s Degree in Accounting and Finance.
  • 5 years of experience as a Bookkeeper.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
