Administrative Coordinator - Construction

The role involves preparing professional quotes for various companies, maintaining administrative workflows and ensuring seamless communication.

  • Create and manage construction project quotes based on client requirements.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and team members to gather accurate cost estimates.
  • Maintain records of quotes and track status updates using a reliable platform.
  • Perform general administrative and secretarial duties (email management, scheduling, data entry etc.).
  • Assist in generating financial documents and simple reporting via accounting software.
  • Ensure documents are accurately formatted and meet professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Proven experience in the UK construction industry or similar administrative roles.
  • Proficiency with accounting and project management tools is essential.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and documentation practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with virtual teams or remote clients.
  • Familiarity with UK-specific construction terms and documentation practices.
