Job Title: Sales Loan Application Specialist

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for offering cash loans and personal loans to prospective clients, guiding them through the application process, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clearly and persuasively explain loan products, terms, and conditions to prospective borrowers.
  • Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documentation.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and actively follow up to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the personal loan industry.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services, loans, or a target-driven sales environment.
  • Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience with cash loans, personal loans, or other consumer lending products is a significant advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in using computer and navigating different applications/software.
