We are a dynamic and forward-thinking company seeking a dedicated Frontline Support Representative / Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cebu City. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our customers.

About the Role

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will also provide accurate information about our products and services, resolve customer complaints efficiently, and maintain detailed customer records.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about our products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of approximately PHP 30,000 - PHP 50,000 per month, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Salary Estimate
