Job Overview:

As an Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in driving the success of our company by optimizing inventory levels and streamlining daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure stores have the right amount of inventory in stock by accurately tracking team hours and activities, holding team members accountable for their responsibilities and performance.
  • Communicate effectively with on-the-ground teams through phone and text to coordinate daily operations.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and provide timely solutions to ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements:
