We are looking for a results-driven Retail Manager to oversee store operations, ensure profitability, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves managing sales strategies, inventory, staff performance, and store compliance while creating a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive store sales and growth through effective sales strategies and inventory management
  • Oversee daily store operations, including cleanliness, stock levels, and cash control
  • Recruit, train, and motivate staff while fostering a positive work environment
  • Ensure excellent customer service, addressing concerns promptly and courteously
  • Adhere to legal requirements, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Monitor, update, and report sales figures and other performance metrics to headquarters
  • Arrange and display merchandise to maximize sales opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or college degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in retail management or supervision
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Strong customer service orientation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php37,000.00 per month
